Can I pay by Check, Money Order or Credit Card?
Our preferred method of payment is PAYPAL. We also accept credit and debit cards through paypal, cashiers check, personal checks, and cash at pickup.

What are your Hours of Operation?
ReCycles is open everyday 24/7 except for when we are out riding.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes. For both International and Domestic customers, please contact us at parts@recyclesbikeparts.com for shipping quotes.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship Worldwide. Please email us at parts@recyclesbikeparts.com for shipping outside the United States. The customer is responsible for any tax or duty fees. ReCycles does not have control nor does it collect any fees. Please check with your local customs office for fees.

What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are processed each day Monday thru Friday. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after submitted.

What shipping methods do you have available?
We use several freight carriers depending on your location and the product being shipped. For all small packages, we use UPS and USPS.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
After your order has been processed and shipped, arrival time will vary depending on your location. Most US orders will arrive within 6 business days. Faster delivery is available for an additional charge, please contact us at 865-851-9676 . We will email you with a tracking number that will give estimated time of delivery.

International orders usually arrive in 10-14 business days depending on customs and location.

Do you allow local pickup at your location?
Yes, local pick up is available. Please call 865-851-9676 or e-mail us at parts@recyclesbikeparts.com to make arrangements.

What is the return policy?
We offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee from the date of receipt. Simply return the item and we will refund your cost minus shipping and 20% re-stocking fee. Please contact us at returns@recyclesbikeparts.com before returning an item. Returns can take up to 7 days to refund. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY MOTORCYCLE FRAMES, ELECTRONICS OR FUEL SYSTEMS.

Engine Guarantee: Purchaser has 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Buyer pays all shipping costs. Must be in original condition.

Do you charge restocking fees?
Yes, all returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. If there are any items missing or not in their original condition, additional fees will apply.
